Great gym, fully equipped. But like all chain gyms, it get busy at 5-7pm 😕so good luck trying to get your workout done. Supposed to be no mobile phone use, nearly everyone has them, so are oblivious of others needing the equipment Very friendly helpful staff.
The gym's facilities are great with pretty much every machine you could ever want along with a pool and lots of classes. However they do suffer from having far too many people going to the gym making it very difficult to get a decent weight lifting session in especially at peak times.

Facilitates a place for anyone to go and do there sport or activity. It has got better this year 2018 in not canceling slots for outside booking as 2017. Plus it has a good equipped gym.
Great place to book a court or have gym session, modern, always great welcoming service, very affordable, recommended!
